Apartment handover

In accordance with the Developer Act, the process of handing over apartments under a handover protocol can begin after the occupancy permit is obtained.

We will then invite each Buyer to a specific date and time at the building to carry out the handover and transfer the keys.

If there are two or more Buyers, each of them is jointly entitled to carry out the handover – meaning only one of the named Buyers needs to be present.

The handover will be documented in a Handover Protocol, which will record the condition of the apartment and note any defects.

If defects are identified during the handover, we will inform you in writing of the date by which they will be remedied.
