Privacy Policy

Information clause regarding the processing of personal data contained in the contact form for the purpose of handling the submission.

 

1. The Controller of your personal data is Triada-Dom Wachowiak Śliwiak general partnership, with its registered office in Trzebnica, ul. Obornicka 19, 55-100 Trzebnica, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000153900, NIP 9151545914, REGON 931983476.

2. The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. In matters relating to the protection of personal data, you may contact us by sending an e-mail to biuro@triadadom.pl and trzebnica@triadadom.pl or by post to the Controller's registered office address indicated in point 1.

3. Your personal data are processed for the purpose of:

   a) taking actions at your request aimed at presenting an offer and entering into a contract with the Controller (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

   b) performing the contract concluded with the Controller (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

   c) marketing and promotion of services provided by the Controller (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

   d) pursuing claims (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

4. Your personal data may be disclosed to entities that process personal data on behalf of the Controller on the basis of a data processing agreement concluded with the Controller.

5. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organisation.

6. Your data will be processed for the duration of:

   a) preparation of the offer, conclusion and performance of the contract — until the end of the contract, and thereafter for the period required by law or to secure potential claims, as well as for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose. If consent to processing after the expiry of the contract has been given, until that consent is withdrawn.

   b) direct marketing of the Controller's services — until you object to such processing.

   c) internal administrative purposes — until the Controller's legitimate interests forming the basis of processing are fulfilled or until you object to such processing.

7. You have the following rights: the right of access to your data, the right to request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Where processing of your data is based on consent, it may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

9. Where processing of your data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract with the Controller, providing the data is voluntary; however, failure to provide it makes it impossible to conclude and perform the contract.

10. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
