Utilities in your apartment

Each building is equipped with a shared antenna installation for terrestrial TV reception, enabling reception of approximately 30 channels. No additional device is needed to receive the standard terrestrial TV signal. The same applies to the radio signal. To receive encrypted channels, you will need to purchase a decoder and sign a contract with one of the many operators, e.g. Cyfrowy Polsat, Polsat Box, etc. The installation also provides the technical capability to connect the buildings to a cable TV network.

Internet and telephone services are provided by the building's telecommunications infrastructure. Specific service providers and packages may vary by building – details are available in the individual investment documentation.
