Mortgage documents

The following documents must be submitted with the mortgage application:

• the Developer Agreement / Preliminary Purchase Agreement signed by both parties,
• documents relating to the construction of the investment in which the property is being purchased, i.e.: building permit, certificate of finality of the building permit decision, land register extract and entry, land and mortgage register extract, and the KRS registration of Triada Dom sp. j. (each Buyer receives these documents from us when signing the Agreement; they are also available on our website for each investment under the "Documents" tab),
• your personal documents, including those confirming your income (your bank will provide you with a specific list).
