Signing the notarial deed

We will proceed to sign the notarial deeds transferring ownership once the City Council has issued the Certificates of Residential Status and the Property Record Cards from the Land Registry.

With these documents in hand, we will invite you to the Notary's Office to sign the sales agreement – the so-called promised agreement.
