Occupancy permit obtained for Building A.

Dear Clients,

We are pleased to inform you that the construction of the first building in the WOŁOWSKA BUSINESS PARK complex has been completed. On 18 May 2026, the building received its occupancy permit issued under Decision No. 1008/2026 by the District Construction Supervision Inspector.

The first office and warehouse spaces have therefore been handed over to Tenants.
